ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: To best verify your order, e-mail us first with your order (even if paying by PayPal) which should include the desired plan number, foundation type, amount of sets wanted, mailing option wanted, and your name and mailing address. Then choose one of the payment methods to make the purchase. To find the price of what you are buying, use the info on the prices page. CA residents must add sales tax (7.75%) to their order (if using PayPal it will add it on automatically). When paying by PayPal, put the plan number and the amount of sets in the "special instructions" box on the PayPal order form. If paying by check or money order, include a written statement of the plan number and the amount of sets along with your payment.
